Communications & Public Relations Office
The Communications and Public Relations Office key role is to create awareness on tax issues and the need to meet obligations and promote compliance amongst taxpayers. The office supports BURS’ business areas by compiling material on tax matters and disseminating the information to the public at large and to its internal stakeholders, the employees of BURS. This office also liaises with the media, corporates and other key stakeholders to promote the activities of the Revenue Service. The Communications & PR office is also entrusted with the protection of the image of the revenue service.
